**Position: Hotel Receptionist**
**Location: Corby**
**Salary: £10.42 per hour**
**Full-time, Permanent**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our front office team.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for promoting a professional image to guests and offering assistance with a prompt and helpful attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Checking guests in and out of the Hotel
- Taking the reservations and payments
- Handling guests' issues professionally
- Communicating with hotel managers to ensure the best service is provided to our guests
- Communicating with other staff

About you:

- You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- You will show initiative and be a strong team player
- You will also demonstrate good timekeeping
- You will have high standards of appearance.
- You are computer literate
- Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
