Telephonist/receptionist

TELEPHONIST/RECEPTIONIST GREAT MALVERN OFFICE

We require a telephonist/receptionist to be responsible for answering our busy switchboard, dealing with calls appropriately and dealing with people face to face. You may be the first point of contact people have with Age UK, and will need to provide a fast, professional and efficient service.

You will be required to answer the phone quickly, identifying the nature of the call courteously before putting the call through to the appropriate person.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

It is essential that you are discreet and tactful as you may be dealing with callers with sensitive issues.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £9.90 per hour
