**Role: Digital Project Manager**

**We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Digital Project Manager to join a leading and reputable global Retail Fashion organisation to define feature and functionality requirements for the client's European eCommerce websites and digitalprojects**

**You would be working alongside the Global Product and Platform team to drive support delivery of user-friendly optimisations to aid the customer experiences of their European websites ensuring the highest quality customer experience.**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Experience delivering e-commerce/digital projects within a similar B2C environment, these could include website upgrades, new features, customisation, new digital products/offerings.
- Participating in the development of product vision and direction for eCommerce experiences.
- Identify, define, and design solutions for ongoing optimization of the European stores.
- Works with global product management and user experience teams to integrate European eCommerce requirements with the global platform strategy.
- Deliver all projects to the highest quality and drive business and consumer benefits across the eCommerce platform, responding to the needs of stakeholders and cross divisional partners throughout the development processes.
- Generate new eCommerce experience ideas, researching and analysing for feasibility and business impact from the ever-changing consumer trends in the digital retail space.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine unmet customer needs and develop feature/functionality requirements that meet those needs.
- Support cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development, including deployment and post-deployment activities.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate in the correct manner

**Must Haves**:

- eCommerce, digital retail or B2C understanding and experience
- Project management qualification, e.g. Prince 2, Agile, PMP or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication across all levels.

**Salary**: Circa. £50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits (Depending on Experience)

**Location**: Hybrid (2 days in office), based in London
