**Graduate Programme;**
During this programme, you will have an insight into Veolia services and strategic Veolia projects. As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will go through a structured development programme, undertaking leadership, management, soft skills and safety modules with your graduate cohort.
At Veolia we’ll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You’ll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout. **What you'll be doing;**
- Shadow various Facilities Management teams to learn about the Veolia business and our customer contracts.
- Establish good practice sharing between the Facilities Management teams.
- Lead improvement programmes across a range of Facilities Management Contracts.
- Provide feedback on observations to senior management.
- Review and provide feedback on minor work processes.
- Develop and roll out a consistent approach to minor works across the Facilities Management sites.
**What we're looking for;**
- Degree in any discipline with an interest in facilities management (to be achieved by September 2024)
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel with occasional short stays away from home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
