Night Porter

We are seeking to expand our Nights team and as such we are seeking a Night Porter. Nights are the unsung heroes of hotels, you will be part of a team that interacts with our late night arrivals and guest queries throughout the night. You are also responsible for ensuring the hotel is ready for the next day - which involves everything from administration to setting up function rooms and everything in between.

Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa is certainly a unique destination in West Yorkshire with a distinctly alpine feel. The hotel is the UK's largest log cabin with 24 bedrooms, 20 log cabins and 4 self catering lodges.

Your Duties will include:

- To welcome and help all guests with exceptional customer service skills, in line with our Company standards
- To ensure the safety and security of the hotel is maintained during the silent hours
- Receiving, welcoming and registering night/late arrivals.
- Assisting in other areas whenever required as business demands
- Setting up meeting rooms & events for the following day.
- Cleaning down function rooms after events
- Cleaning public areas
