**Job Description**:
As an junior accounts assistant within the accounts Team you will be responsible for ensuring the following is actioned in a timely manner along with the rest of the team:
Invoices and Vendor Accounts
- Code invoices for all rent related costs - Rent, Service charge, Insurance ad other property related invoices
- Proactively communicate wit all landlords related to the payments and invoices
- Master schedule maintenance
- Support with Bank clearing
- Ad hoc admin duties

Financial Statements and Reporting
- Provide support for month, quarter and annual property accounts (UK/IE)

Taxes and Cash Flow
- Review and reconcile property payments and taxes
- Ensure all payments are made according to individual leases
- Manage VAT receipts

Turnover Certificates
- Prepare monthly turnover statements for landlords
- Assist with Quarterly and Yearly Turnover certificates according to lease requirements
- Ensure landlords / agents receive signed certificates according to lease conditions

People (Provide support. Build on relationships)
- Provide support to Accounts team
- Maintain and build on relationships with landlords, property agents and expansion team colleges
- Provide support with ad-hoc task within accounts team not listed above.

Besides your personality, in order to be successful as an Junior Accounts Assistant we believe you:

- Passion and a strong Interest in accounts
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience SAP preferable
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with working with large data
- A flexible approach with a can do attitude
- Qualified or working towards ACCA or equivalent
- Pays attention to details.

This position is permanent position offered on a local contract and based in our Support Office in London, England.
