Ecommerce Assistant

Kybotech, a dynamic company with brands such as BillyOh, Garden Buildings Direct, Bobbin Bikes, Physio Room, Store More, TimberX, and TrueShopping, is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support the Commercial Director of our BillyOh brand. If you are a motivated individual with experience in ecommerce, particularly within online sales and marketplace operations in the outdoor living sector, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings for garden furniture and BBQ products on various online marketplaces and our ecommerce websites.
- Monitor and optimize live listings and provide regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing.
- Coordinate with marketing to drive brand awareness and boost online sales.

- Proven work experience as an Ecommerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience with online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
- Familiarity with listing and selling products online.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
