This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in an industry-leading, international company. The Production Control Process Owner is responsible for the definition and development of all Production Control processes to perform Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test of space products across Space Systems Production UK.
**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**
- Mapping and maintaining an up to date visualisation of the Production Control process flow.
- Defining, deploying and continuously improving Production Control processes, taking all customer groups into consideration to form a harmonised End to End (E2E) process.
- Create and monitor an appropriate set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support Production Control performance management.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a Production Control training catalogue to support development and training.
- Lead and deliver improvement projects through the framework of our Operational Excellence System (OES) relating to Production Control and E2E BOM and Demand Management.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated specialist / expert working knowledge of MRP Systems (Preferably SAP PP / MM)
- Advanced Excel or Google Suite knowledge
- Previous experience demonstrated in a high pressure results driven environment in any one of the following industries: Aerospace / Defense / Communications / Manufacturing / Production / IT
- Previous experience in production or supply chain planning
