Reed is recruiting for Customer Service Team Leader to help support a travel exchange business in Liverpool Allerton

When it comes to Foreign exchange, with nearly 50 years in the industry they have established themselves as the leading specialists internationally with over 1000 stores spanning over 20 countries.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
Build strong relationships with the surrounding business and creating a positive working environment for staff
Driving performance and improvement along with general management duties and responsibilities
Monitoring and implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to the business' compliance procedures
Positive people management, which includes coaching and supporting your team through regular performance reviews
Providing support when required with processing transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions
Background in a highly procedural/process heavy role
Experience of leadership
Understanding of retail sales culture and ability to work closely with on-the-ground sales teams
