Working for a leading commercial services group leading a large, shared services function with responsibility for a large HR Employees Services Team.
Overseeing HR Operational teams responsible for HRIS, Payroll, MI and Data Reporting and Data.
Head of HR Shared Services
- Collaborating with the wider commercial HR Functions, leading on initiatives including HR systems improvement, process streamlining, productivity reporting processes.
- Strategic leadership of Management Information, data processes and overall reporting processes.
- Leadership of employee services core processes including payroll and HR operational processes and systems.
- Establish key performance programme across the HR Employees Services group to develop a progressive and service focussed function.
