We are currently representing a talented Architectural practice based around the Chelmsford, Essex area that is actively looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist to build and develop their career within a growing, busy team.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Work on a range of developments within the Residential sector
- Work closely with the design team
- Provide architectural solutions
- Create technical detailing's
- Prepare and present design proposals
- Work closely with clients
- Use AutoCAD on a daily basis

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Living in or around the Chelmsford, Essex area
- Relevant Degree Qualified; 5 Years Post Qualification Experience
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Excellent Detailing and Technical Ability
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Salary; £35,000 - £40,000 + (DOE)
- Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Break
- Pension
