**The team**

This role in our Conversion Team in the Marketing Department will be at the forefront of our efforts to recruit students who share these core values.

The Marketing Department is part of the wider Directorate of Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions. We have a strong ethos of collaboration and open communication and are proud of our supportive team culture.

**The role**

This role plays a key part in engaging and supporting our future students through their journey to joining us and helping us achieve our data driven goals. It involves overseeing the day-to-day co-ordination and further development of the University’s student recruitment customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Here in the Conversion Team, we’re creative, ambitious, and always looking to innovate when it comes to promoting all that York St John has to offer. We’re looking for someone who has worked in direct marketing and is confident in utilising data systems such as a CRM or similar system to join our team and help us take our marketing to the next level.

If you’re committed to delivering great marketing activity, have a high level of attention to detail and have a flair for developing processes, this role will give you room for growth and professional development and would be ideal for you. The postholder will get to share their expertise with others and play a key part in helping us achieve our marketing objectives.
