Ideally you are qualified in delivering a range of classes to customers in an energetic, enthusiastic and professional manner.

Reporting to the General and Customer Service Manager of the centre, you will need a “can do” approach and a willingness to learn and mature on the job. Previous experience working with Group Exercise and Fitness is essential for this role. You will need to demonstrate significant work experience within the Fitness industry.

Duties and responsibilities
- Beat your targets
- Educate customers on various aspects of fitness relating to the classes delivered
- Lead customers through a preplanned class with enthusiasm and encouragement
- Run a safe and clean activity, taking care of the resources which are needed to deliver the services on offer
- Pitch in as needed to help your centre, your manager, your colleagues
- Promote our values and expectations
- Plan your activities and deliver a great session to individuals and groups
- Support your colleagues
- Commit to your own development
- Take part in company training programmes
- Provide feedback so we can continually improve
- Respect the privacy rights of customers and colleagues
- Take responsibility for your performance

Skills qualities and experience
- Experience in delivering Group Exercise Classes
- Qualified to deliver Group Exercise Classes
- Health and Safety.
- Good oral communication and interaction skills
- Flexible approach to working hours including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Desirable:

- Health and Safety matters with regard to staff and the general public.
