**Job Title: Automotive Parts Coordinator**

**Location: Basildon / Hybrid**

**Rate: £20.71 ph Umbrella Co Basis - increasing to £28.21 ph Umbrella Co in week 13 of the contract under AWR (inside IR35)**

**Employment Type: Contract (initially approx. 12 months) - Potential to be extended rolling contract**

**Hours: Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week**

**Job Description**:
Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) is a key contributing organisation within company's business as we transition from our historical product lineup of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) only, to a strong Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) powertrainoffering.

Skills Required:

- Work the with stores team to manage try-out parts storage and shipping around the world to various machine tool suppliers.
- Support shipping and customs clearance processes.
- Manage documentation and work with all internal teams to understand part requirements.
- Manage finance systems and ensure funding is in place for all parts.
- Immerse within our dynamic and flexible team and contribute to the team as we work in a fast-changing environment.

Skills Required Continued:

- Highly proficient in MS Office including MS Project and Excel.
- High level attention to detail, and methodical approach to documentation.
- Project management.

Experience Required:

- Strong experience in material, part or logistics management.

Education Required:

- Bachelors degree or strong industry experience without degree.
