**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
We are currently recruiting for Vehicle Mounted Access Platform Engineers (Aftersales Engineers) who have the knowledge and expertise to undertake the Loler, inspection, service and repair of vehicle mounted access platforms.

We are currently recruiting for two UK field-based roles and one in-house role to work at our Kettering, Northamptonshire sites.

Field-based roles will be provided with a fully expensed Company van, laptop, tablet, phone and parts stock to attend pre-scheduled jobs daily in the following geographical areas:

- Yorkshire, Humberside, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire.
- Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria, Staffordshire, North/Mid Wales, Midlands.
- Scotland inc. Highlands.
- Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, South Wales.
- West & East Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Herts, Essex, Suffolk.

**Key responsibilities:
- To undertake all work requirements (Loler, inspection, service, repairs) in accordance with given instructions and any applicable customer specifications
- To complete set work in a timely and professional manner
- To ensure the quality of work meets with Company standards and take responsibility for work produced
- To ensure any specified targets are met and to advise the Line Manager of any associated problems in a timely manner.
- To deal with any waste products in line with Company guidelines
- To be pro-active in recommending ways of improving efficiency and/or quality
- To ensure the right material and tools are used in the right manner for the right job.
- To ensure any documents are fully completed including job reports
- Always ensure you promote a safe, healthy and environmentally-friendly workplace by observing and adhering to the Company’s Health & Safety policies and any associated accreditations or regulations

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Valid CAP Certification (IPAF Competent Assessed Person)
- Advanced technical qualification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable industry experience with mechanical / electrical / hydraulic knowledge
- Previous experience working with Palfinger and Klubb platforms would be advantageous
- Calm, methodical and positive approach to work in hand
- Self-motivator with attention to detail
- An excellent communicator both written and verbal with the ability to interpret technical instructions
- Prepared to undergo in-house training on all products / systems
- Proficiency and accuracy in completion of job reports
- Awareness and compliant of all the Working at Height Regulations
- The ability to prioritise with excellent organisational skills
- Full and clean driving licence with the ability and flexibility to travel nationwide - field-based roles

These are permanent full time roles, working 40 hours per week Mondays to Friday time to time with specify break for lunch each day.
