**The Role**

You will supporting learners through managing speaking, listening and communicating assessments. As part of this role you will be part of a team that assesses the learners, writes up reports and passes or fails them based on a specific set of criteria set by our exam board partners. You will be conducting a minimum of 5 assessments a week and will be required to attend standardisation meetings for the different exam boards we work with.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to assess student needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
