Due to continued growth and demand, CCP has been asked by an established housing association to assist them with the appointment of a Forecasting and Capacity Planner to join their ambitious, multi-channel operation as soon as possible. This is a full time,permanent position working Monday to Friday. Shifts will fall between 8am and 6pm on a rotational basis, totalling 35 hours a week. The starting salary will be £30,370 with the potential to increase by 10% (£33,407) within the first 12 months.
The successful Forecasting and Capacity Analyst will be tasked with the creation of Excel based forecast and demand profile models for this growing contact centre. You will establish trends to predict both short
- and long-term plans through data analysis, includingbudgetary and company strategy in line with customers’ needs and expectations.
The ideal Forecasting and Capacity Planner will:
- Have experience in a contact centre environment with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Proven knowledge of mathematic forecasting and building operational forecasts from the ground up.
- Demonstrate the ability to research, record, measure and analyse data while building reports suitable for senior stakeholders.
- Make rational, business minded, and data supported business recommendations.
Skills, Experience and Criteria:
- Relevant appropriate professional qualification, or experience in customer service/contact centre environment.
- Advanced knowledge and user of Excel.
- Demonstrate knowledge of forecasting, monitoring, and reporting in a similar role.
- Flexible and resilient and open minded to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
