**What would you be doing day to day?**
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships (both existing and new).
- Keeping regular communication with customers & ensuring action plans are in place to achieve optimum outcomes.
- Registering new customers onto CRM system & advising of suitable properties based on their criteria, and then arranging and undertaking viewings on these units.
- Instructing reactive maintenance via Fixflo, liaising with tenants and contractors throughout the process to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Ensuring health & safety is always a priority and upheld to the highest standard for communal areas.
- Dealing with regular inspections, check ins and outs.
- Ensure building is always clean and tidy.
- Ensuring compliance is ALWAYS adhered to in accordance to industry regulations
- Managing the lettings process for move in’s, ensuring all referencing is completed and satisfactory, monies are paid in prior to move in, checking payments, rent reviews, renewals, goods in/out if furnished etc.
