We are searching for a User Researcher to join a very successful digital transformation agency that puts research, strategy and discovery at the forefront of everything they do.

**Salary available**:
£30,000 to £45,000

**Location**:
Bristol

**Working pattern**

Full time; work from the office 1-2 days per week

The agency works with an impressive and varied list of clients, often handling projects worth well over £1m.

Sectors they work in are diverse and include non-profit, public sector and commercial clients.

There's heaps of variety in the research projects and the type of participants you might be working with.

They specialise in research and discovery and designing and building future-proof platforms and digital experiences for their customers.

Lovely colleagues and a privately owned agency that cares about staff wellbeing and doesn't believe in coercing people to work in the office but instead offers plenty of flexibility to work from home.

**Skills & experience you’ll need**

Fascinated by human behaviour, psychology, user experience and understanding the “why” behind decisions.

Relatively self-starting, able to deliver end-to-end research and present your findings to clients and project teams.

Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research, i.e. surveys, interviews, usability testing and card sorting.

Comfortable with data analysis and synthesis to produce actionable insights and inform design decisions.

Skilled in creating user journey maps, personas, user flows and other artifacts.

Passionate about inclusivity and web accessibility.
