**The role**

As a Rescue Skills Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting the London Fire Brigade you will be responsible for delivering training to a high standard to Firefighters.

Day to day, you’ll be delivering line rescue training to the firefighters.
- Training Line rescue level 1 and 2
- Provide feedback and support to delegates
- Carrying out assessments of skills

This role is a full time permanent position and will be based onsite at Park Royal

**Essential experience of the Rescue Skills Trainer**:

- Rope Rescue Supervisor or IRATA Level 2
- Promotes a positive leadership culture where ownership, accountability and involvement in decision making is promoted.
