Working 1:1 with a student at risk of exclusion from their mainstream education, you will be the role model and Mentor they desperately need.

Able to fit your personal life and interests around the incredible work you will be doing, you will have a work/ life balance - with mínimal travel involved.

Lexia Mentors are called upon to “intervene” where previous provisions have failed and positive, inspiring and relatable role models, are needed to engage these often ‘hard-to-reach’ young people.

The therapeutic aspects of sport and physical exercise allow our Mentors to find common ground and inspire this vulnerable group.

**Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.**

**Long Term assignments pay between £110 - £120 per day (including £0.45 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £28,000 per annum.**
- Being outgoing, committed, and enthusiastic is essential. Your passion has never been more needed to help support this group of young learners.
- The ability to overcome barriers to learning, through your trust and rapport is essential and will help in your ongoing success within the role.
