Ipaf Operator

I am working with a roofing contractor who need an Ipaf operator for two days cover starting next week.

Rate of pay is £22 ph

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maneuver an IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) machine according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
- Inspect the IPAF machine before and after each use to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Safely position the IPAF machine to reach heights and areas as required for the job
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment using the IPAF machine
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the IPAF machine
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Valid IPAF Operator license/certification
- Proficient in operating various types of IPAF machines, such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, or cherry pickers
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to operating an IPAF machine
- Ability to read and understand job site plans and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £20.00-£22.00 per hour

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
