**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To perform and manage all tasks related to recruitment of colleagues into our business
- Working with the business and HR Business Partners to take briefs on vacant positions and agree a sourcing strategy and timelines
- Supporting with advertising roles on job boards and other talent attraction channels
- Conducting first stage interviews, collating notes and shortlisting for the recruiting managers
- Researching the market and staying alert and on top of industry news and trends to ensure that the Donaldson Group attract and retain the best talent
- Implementing and Supporting apprenticeship programmes across the company, including liaising with appropriate training organisations
- Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Friendly, warm and enthusiastic
- Recruitment and interviewing experience and is comfortable with managing their own time
- Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment
- Numerical and analytical skills with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo and innovate systems and processes
- Highly motivated and determined, with the ability to be resilient and confident with all client groups
- Interpersonal skills (ability to plan, inspire and motivate others)
- can demonstrate experience of this
- Impeccable time-management and organisation skills

There is the opportunity to work from home 1 or 2 days per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience).
