The Trafford College Group (TCG) has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastoral Support Mentor within the Student journey and Support Team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.

We have recently entered a new and exciting phase through the merger with Cheadle and Marple 6th Form College. The merger has extended the reach of our vision to further shape and lead 16-19 and adult education across the borough of Stockport.

**About you**:
**The Job**:
This is a full time position which encompasses a 36.25 hours per week

You will deliver outstanding courses which meet learner needs through the use of a diverse range of teaching and learning strategies, allowing learners to access a comprehensive range of resources and providing comprehensive assessment opportunities. Emphasis will be placed on supporting learners, particularly on Levels 1,2 and 3 Diploma and NVQ to be successful. Maximising learner recruitment, retention and success through the provision of an outstanding educational experience which enable learners to maximise their potential.
