Staff are required to do shift work, including early's, late's, weekends and bank holidays.

GLL is looking for a Head Coach - Watersports based at Lee Valley White Water Centre in Broxbourne. You will be responsible for the Watersports operation of the centre, ensuring the health and safety of staff and customers, and guaranteeing the highest standards of service. You will be required to deliver and train a variety of activities from taster sessions to white water rafting and kayaking coaching, depending on your experience, ability and qualifications. You will be expected to line manage a dynamic team on skilled water sports coaches. The priority with all activities is to deliver a safe experience, focusing on a high level of customer care and enjoyment throughout.

A desirable First Aid at work qualification would be welcomed.
