Bar Supervisor

We are a 17 century country pub and restaurant with lots of character and a large outside play area and beer garden. We are a friendly, hard working and confident team that endeavour to provide excellent customer services at all times. We love our real ales and locally sourced fresh food and are looking for someone that shares the same passion as us. It is preferable for us if you have a minimum of 2-years experience at working in a pub, are able to work under pressure and be part of a team but also to have you own initiative to get the job done. You must have impeccable communication and organisational skills, have sound knowledge of cellar management and stock control, be comfortable working behind a bar during busy periods while maintaining high standards and a willingness to work hard and a flexible approach to cover each day, evening and weekend shifts. Own transport is preferable due to location.

Also looking for full/part-time bar and restaurant staff, seasonal staff and a kitchen porter.
