Exchequer Clerk Oracle

Reed Secure are working with a local constabulary in Southwest Yorkshire, they are seeking a Finance Clerk to join them on a permanent basis at their offices based in Sheffield.

The role will sit within the Exchequer section of the Corporate Finance Department, comprising of a team of 6, to administer the Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Corporate Purchasing Cards, Special Constabulary expenses, reimbursement of Property monies and dealingwith all queries therein.

**Key duties include.**
- Input and maintain timely and accurate financial information using financial information systems which could include:

- Processing payables invoices / proforma including the V1 Invoice Solution.
- Inputting receivables invoices and receipts.
- Administering corporate purchase card and disbursement account.
- Administering the Special Constabulary expenses and Property repayment processes.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to handle queries and provide guidance and assistance.
- General clerical duties, photocopying, filing, scanning etc.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade of the post.

**To be considered for this opportunity you will need to possess the following experience.**
- Experience of working in a finance environment
- Experience of using a computerised financial information system
- Computer literate with experience of using spreadsheets
- Experience of good customer service and communication
- Previous experience of using ORACLE (desirable)
