**Activities Coordinator**
At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for an activities coordinator to work in one of our residential care facilities, York House on a part time, permanent basis, £12.00 per hour.
York House is situated in the picturesque market town of Dereham, Norfolk. The home can accommodate up to 43 residents and has been rated ‘Good’ by CQC. We can provide short-term, respite care or longer term support at the home. The home York House has a warm and cosy atmosphere, and is always full of laughter from both residents and staff.

**Responsibilities of an Activities Coordinator**:
- Co-ordinate an inclusive program of activities which residents can participate in and help in the care of the residents' physical environment and in the general day to day activities of the home.
- Ensure the residents are happy and fulfilled in whatever activities they choose and help in the promotion of mental and physical activity by talking to residents, taking them out, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations.
- Help residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence; help in use and care of aids and personal equipment.
