Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + PPE and Specialist Tools + Company van

Battersea

Are you Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer or similar with a 70/30 electrical split looking for a new and varied opportunity in a rapidly expanding property maintenance company, that is known for their high staff retention, fast progression and competitivebenefits package including a company van?

This well-established company pride themselves on the quality of the service they provide. They are experiencing rapid growth and thus need new maintenance operatives to join their tight-knit team working a local London patch.

They are looking for a Maintenance Technician with good communication skills to come on board and help out with their growing workload. Your responsibilities will include painting and decorating, kitchen fitting, carpentry, tiling, plastering repairs, basicplumbing and more, meaning that no day will be the same.

This company have a tight-knit culture and offer a range of generous company benefits including training, progression and a company van.

This role would suit a Multi Trade individual or similar; looking for a new, varied and well-paid role who is keen to work for a well-established Property Maintenance company.
