**Our client is a leading global producer of industrial minerals,** **founded in 1884 in Switzerland, they have a global presence extending to more than 160 locations in over 50 countries with 9,000 employees.**
They are now looking to recruit a Site Administrator**.** This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company with continuous development opportunities.

**As the Site Administrator, you will be expected to meet & greet visitors in reception, ensure they sign in and then inform relevant staff. Other duties may include;**
- Site safety inductions for contractors, hauliers & visitors - interactive
- Order stationery keeping an eye on stock levels - don’t over order
- Arrange and collect catering for visitors - SPAR, Glenarm Castle or Londonderry Arms
- Organise PPE for visitors on the day of visit and then sending items for cleaning afterwards
- Visitor boot cleaning and PPE stocks
- Answer telephone calls & transfer to relevant staff member if applicable
- Create Purchase requisitions when required, including Production supplies, maintenance supplies and PPE
- Receipt deliveries in SAP
- Process incoming mail
- General filing
- Maintaining archives in roof space - disposing of old files, anything older than 5 years can be scrapped apart from Blasting records which is 7 years.
- Manage weighbridge / driver interaction
- During Peak season - flexibility is required to ensure all drivers are inducted, even if arriving late.
- Informing plant of Calciprill collections
- Maintain driver database in VAS system
- Train drivers on the use of VAS - fully automated system, driver must use themselves, coach them only.
- Ensure silo allocation is correct in VAS
- Inform customer services regarding any issues with material availability
- Amend outbound delivery dates as required in SAP to show correct dates
- Creation of supplier accounts in line with current regs such as IR35
- Amend supplier records when required such as bank details, address etc
- Random driver spot checks re tank washes for GMP+ regs
- Manage keys/locks for loading silos & blow in pipes
- Manage MOT’s and road tax for road legal plant vehicles
- Manage marble boat loads - Organise hauliers and port collections, this includes the potential of additional hours to facilitate unloading
- Month end closing file updates - all goods receipted before end of the month.
- Organise samples for delivery to customers
- Maintain office supplies, including kitchen stocks of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits.
- Maintain Sanitary items for the site cleaning staff
- AED & Fire extinguisher checks - damage/condition
**Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in an administration role including purchasing and customer service.
- Knowledge of all MS Office products.
- SAP knowledge is preferable.
- Suppliers and Haulers, first point of contact for all queries.
**Job Type**: Part-time
