**Detailed Responsibilities**:

- A unique opportunity to launch the new version of the best-selling vehicle in the UK Transit Custom. Support the new model launch process for V710, including pricing strategy, briefings for colleagues and senior Management
- Become the SME on Electric Vehicles in the market, charging infrastructure to support V710 BEV launch. Support introduction of model onto OZEV Grant infrastructure
- Support the Product Manager in maintaining the Ford CV leadership position/growing segment share, undertaking relevant pricing and product leadership actions as appropriate to face off new competitor product/marketing actions and grow sales volumes via fleet and retail customers
- Project manage run out of outgoing products as appropriate
- Simplify forward V710 line up to ensure unnecessary complexity is minimised
- Manage incoming customer and Dealer queries via Freshdesk system to ensure fast accurate and robust responses. Use learnings from customer queries to improve processes and customer communication materials to minimise future queries
- Analyse sales/model mix analysis/market trends in which to support the leadership objective
- Use the above analysis to support accurate forecast requirements in SPCPS system and support Manager in the development of a wholesale plan
- Support the Product brochure writing, updating and proof-reading process
- Support the promotion of cross team communications and sharing of best practices
- Lead communications with FoE MSL, CTM programming teams and ensure that FoB production requirements are fully met at all stages of the base specification, option availability and order to delivery cycle. Maintain and publish the latest Order Guide/Pricelist for each model
- Support, manage and coordinate dealer, agency and internal Product training programmes
- Evaluate and drive Yield Management opportunities to improve mix and profitability
- Support Marketing Comms, Public Affairs, FCSD, FCE, Shows-Events and Fleet with relevant product correct materials to support, maintain and develop new model launches, advertising programmes
- Coordinate the ordering of MP1 vehicles and Vehicles for Demo Fleet
- Work with key Whole Life Cost providers to ensure current and future product actions are reflected in forecast Residual Values
- Provide product input to dealer training events

Understanding the market
- Undertake ad hoc analysis for Product Managers and Senior Management
- Monitor and analyse competitive information on product offering and pricing

Information Systems
- Ensure product specification databases are consistent with local market offerings (MSL)
- Ensure product entities are consistent with local market offerings (CTM)
- Ensure new WER VISTA tables are consistent with local market offerings
- Manage vehicle colour & option preferences in WERS VISTA
- Ensure ford.co.uk. vehicle configurator and features and specification data is consistent with local market offerings (GBS/CPMD)
- Submit MVRIS and ABI Insurance forms for all products
- Maintain vehicle production mixes in SPCPS

Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding of Product and business process with an enthusiasm for pursuing further growth opportunities in segments where Ford are already the leader
- Highly numerate with strong core MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Previous experience with Programming systems and SEER will be beneficial
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to present comfortably up to and at board level essential
- Attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a disciplined, methodical approach to quality checking
