**HELPDESK SUPPORT**

Charterhouse Recruitment are partnering with our client in Ellesmere Port who are growing due to the expansion of their products and services and the demand for these have skyrocketed Our client is a leading travel provider with a global reach who provide unique and tailored travel services for both their clients and customers.

**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?**
- £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
- Full time working hours between the hours of 8am and 7pm (37.5 hour working week)

**NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION**:

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist in solving problems positively
- Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel & Word
- The desire to continue learning and developing your skills and knowledge
- A knowledge of GDS systems would be highly desirable but full training will be given.

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE HELPDESK SUPPORT ROLE**:

- Be the first point of contact for customers when they require any systems assistance
- Provide internal and external helpdesk support for the company systems
- Test system updates and enhancements
- Ensure the products systems are working as expected
- Investigate technical queries and problems, including working with XML
- Escalate issues to the relevant department if you are unable to answer a query
- Follow issues through to resolution working with the wider team
- Communicate updates to customers as required
- And much more - this is a busy and varied role
