**Receptionist**

GJD Auto Care is a leading provider of value-added vehicle repairs to the general public. we pride our selfs on offering high quality low cost repairs and maintenance for all makes of vehicle.

Our people are the backbone of our company and provide our customers with our strong customer base. As an **Receptionist**, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services from setting up office space and answering calls to assisting with daily administrative tasks.

Previous garage experience preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones in a friendly manner.
- Greet visitors and assist them in booking there vehicle in for repairs
- Provide basic filing and clerical support to GJD Auto Care’s management team.
- Greet visitors and assist them in locating the correct person in the office.
- Organize office space and set up desk space for visitors.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc. as assigned by GJD Auto Care’s management team.
- Schedule office staff meetings and greet visitors accordingly.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saltcoats: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
