**Information on the role**
- Work to project briefs & specifications on63 new build flats worth £15m
- Initiate feasibility assessments
- Specify contractor requirements
- Engage contractors and suppliers
- Develop H&S Plan
- Issue work permits & site inductions
- Project handover and practical completion
- Issue regular progress reports & attend project meetings
- Issue final account with supporting documentation

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven extensive site management experience**:

- **Previous site new build flat experience**:

- SMSTS
- Management level CSCS
- First Aid
- Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
- Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
- Full driving license
