**JOB SUMMARY**

To support staff within the organisation with general administrative tasks and ensure company policy and processes are adhered to.

Follow direction from the Admin Co-ordinator, quality manager and directors to undertake enrolment and on programme tasks in accordance with programme rules (Apprenticeships, JGW+, Part Time FE).

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Complete timely and accurate enrolment tasks with learners and employers.
- Ensure timely and accurate data reported to key stakeholders via google sheets / CRM system
- Ensure Welsh Government Funding Guidance rules are met through vetting, audit and admin processes
- Ensure timely and accurate data is input, monitored and reported
- Ensure enrolments are accurate timely and to company processes
- Undertaking a wide range of office administration tasks such as scanning, filing, telephony and photocopying.
- Receiving and directing visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
- Answering general enquiries, transferring and directing phone calls around the organisation as appropriate and taking/delivering messages promptly
- Confidentiality must adhered to at all times
- Any other reasonable request as requested by the Line Manager
- Follow starts processes and vetting new starts for all AMT contracts to help us achieve our organizational objectives and successfully deliver contracts.
- Supporting review of essential audit reports and acting when required
- Auditing files
- Attending key meetings
- Full training provided

**PERSON SPEC**

**ESSENTIALS**
- Experience of working within admin roles previously
- Attention to detail when following guidelines.
- Good communication skills
- Good ICT skills
- Have own transport and be able to work from the AMT head office in Holywell

**DESIRABLES**
- Experience of using E-portfolios and MIS such as one file and maytas
- Knowledge of ESF funded programmes and criteria for Apprenticeships, Job Growth Wales + or Part Time FE.
- Competent to converse and support written administrative tasks in the medium of Welsh

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
