An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-driven Property Services Planner to join Northern Group.

With experience in Planning/Scheduling, and the ability to multitask within a busy environment.

Northern Group is a thriving property company, trading in the fastest developing area of Manchester City Centre - Ancoats Urban Village, providing management services for residential, commercial, and co-working brands.

Reporting to the head of Facilities, the role demands a confident planner, with the ability to retain information, organise and prioritise their work.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Maintenance and Facilities
- Identify repairs required across the property portfolio.
- Execute accurate and efficient planning for our internal team.
- Contacting tenants where necessary. Demonstrating a pleasant telephone manner
- Ensure the smooth running of the diaries.
- Being proficient with computer software related to planning responsibilities.
- Maintain good relationships throughout
- Calculate costs and completion of finance sheets where required.
- Display a proactive positive attitude.
- Schedule Property Maintenance Officers & Caretaker
- Ensure follow up works are processed.
- Ensure repairs are being closed in a timely manner.
- Ensure completion certification is loaded into correct locations.
- Act as the contact for the maintenance and caretaking staff and resolve any issues which may arise.
- Produce and assess records ensuring the department are meeting the required targets.
- Order replacement appliances where necessary


General
- To work with the Facilities Manager ensuring consistency is maintained within the department during periods of absence (Holiday, Sickness etc)
- Maintaining the maintenance software, ensuring sites/locations and workflows are updated where required.
- Print and process any invoices relating to purchases.
- Provide daily administrative support to the facilities team.
- Collaboration with other team members and departments

**Requirements**:
Working knowledge of IT systems

Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) to include English and Maths

Job Specifications

Working Commitments:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
- Job type: Full-time, permanent

- Basic salary up to £24k - £28k (dependent on experience)
