**What can you do with us?**

Working within our brand new Gravity e-karting facilities within Xscape, Castleford we are looking to recruit Karting Track Marshall, to monitor the Gravity e-karting race events. This role is highly critical to us as you're the friendly face of Gravity.

**Responsibilities & purpose of this job**

This position carries a high level of responsibility with respect to the safe operation of the circuit and the company’s responsibility towards its customers and staff. During working hours you are expected to undertake any duty required of you to ensure the track operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. The position includes working evening and weekend shifts.

Key tasks will include:

- Maintaining the circuit to the standard operating standards
- Ensure the safe operation of the circuit with regards to other members of staff and the general public
- Be the person responsible for the safe operation of all Kubz Karting events
- Demonstrate a high level of Customer Service in all aspects of the role and support other staff to do the same
- Greeting and registering drivers
- Conducting group briefings

- Have a great passion for customer service, where you put the customer first.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with your work hours & reliable.
- positive can do attitude to overcoming challenges
- Adaptable to evolving situations
- Calm, consistent and level headed in all situations
- Must have at least 6 months experience in a customer-focused and sales environment i.e. Leisure and/or Hospitality industry
