Trainee Composite Fitter

Job Description:
As a Trainee Composite Fitter, you will be responsible for learning and developing the skills necessary to fabricate, assemble, and install composite components and structures. Working under the guidance of experienced composite fitters, you will gain hands-on experience in composite manufacturing processes, adhering to industry standards and quality guidelines. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of composite components using various tools and equipment.
- Learn composite lay-up techniques, including cutting, trimming, bonding, and vacuum bagging.
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and address any challenges.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
