Caretaker

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Assist with setting up for events or meetings as required
- Handle light maintenance duties
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Skills**:

- Experience Preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
