Retail Space Planner

**Are you a Store Manager who is an expert in visual merchandising and setting out planograms? Are you looking for a new role outside of being in a store and working Monday-Friday? This maybe the position for you**

Quest Search and Selection are proud to partner an Entertainment Provider working in their Retail business. The business creates bespoke retail, general merchandise gifts, toys and memorabilia for their retail and leisure clients

**Your responsibilities as a Retail Space Planner -**
- Ensure all stores have a strong, commercial and visually attractive displays
- Creating planograms for each store by utilising a combination of sales data, visual merchandising knowledge and store flow
- Work with internal stakeholders, clients and shopfitting partners to install high quality shop fixtures and fittings
- Introduce new retail concepts to clients.

- Develop store concepts with the wider Retail team to present to clients, then project manage the installation from beginning to end,
- Review photos of store displays and identify opportunities for improvements such as stock management
- Host virtual meetings with store teams to share best practices, discuss planogram changes and stock packages, and launch new products.
- Produce store reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Attend trade shows and conferences to ensure in-store experiences and display until more sustainable.

**To be successful in this Retail Space Planner -**
- 2 years + experience in retail management, visual merchandising or space planning
- You must have experience working with or producing planograms
- Organised to fit in all site visits during peak in an annual planner
- Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast track projects and changing business requirements
- Can speak confidently with external and internal stakeholders and clients
- You must have a UK driving license and Happy to travel - this requires on average 1-2 nights a week stay over. Rest will be WFH or attending any on-site meetings on ad-hoc basis.
- AutoCad is desirable put not a must have
