**Job Context**
The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to develop good relationships with prospective customers, employees, suppliers and professionals, the ability to work as part of the team is vital.
**Key Measures**
Mandatory and all other training up to date
Supervision meeting with Home Manager regularly
Results and feedback from Home inspections and audit reports (internal and external).
**Person Specification**
Own car and full driving license
Good English language, numeric and literacy skills
Good communication, approachable and friendly and able to work in a team.
Reliable and punctual
Excellent organisational and practical skills
Administration skills including developing and keeping records
Professional telephone manner
Genuine interest in working in a caring environment
Knowledge and experience of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. To respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner, making sure electronic records are maintained.
2. Maintain accurate and complete records for residents and staff members confidentially in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
3. Dealing with telephone calls effectively from Doctors, Social Workers, Residents Family members and Professionals.
4. Communicating with residents in a friendly and appropriate manner.
5. Process receipts of monies against resident’s accounts
6. Maintain petty cash records
7. Auditing of care plans
8. Data entry & collating ready for audits and reviews.
9. Provide administration support to the Home Manager and any other duties required.

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
