Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Administrator. In this crucial support role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and will collaborate closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process the administrative aspects of client accounts.
- Call providers for information and track progress until received.
- Scan, file, save and process documents.
- Post documents to clients and providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports and documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to streamline operations.
- Assist with preparing client meetings, including gathering necessary documents and information.
- Handle client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is highly desirable but not a must for the right person.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette.
