The Customer Service Advisor role is key to our success as you will manage and track each customer's car repair journey, ensuring we meet our key to key repair targets.
**Key Contributions**
- Customer Satisfaction: Assists in all aspects of the customer experience journey from taking enquiries to booking in and collecting vehicles, communicating throughout the repair process with the Bodyshop team/insurers and customers. Ensures that all customers understand their customised warranty and they are served in a professional and courteous manner with exceptional levels of customer service.
- Sales: You will, collect payment from the customer, paying particular attention to banking/security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies. Identify and fully support the development of retail sales opportunities explaining the features and benefits of any enhanced services.
- Organised & Safe Workplace: Maintains his/her workspace in an organised manner, as well as monitoring the reception area/restrooms to ensure they remain neat and clean and represent our company values. Proactively informs the customer of their repair progress and arranges/allocates courtesy cars for customers.
- Scheduling: Ensures that the centre's work schedule is balanced and not overwhelmed. Provides feedback to the Bodyshop Manager when situations arise that will potentially cause work balance to be overwhelming.
- Problem Solving: Is an active and prepared participant in the morning admin meeting. Follows up on all assigned action items and communicates effectively to the team. Handles complaints at first touch taking ownership and where unable resolve escalates to the Bodyshop manager
