This division of the business you will be working specialises in the remanufacture of stators, rotors, and other wire wound components. With their expertise and technical capabilities in Yeovil, they have expanded their customer base beyond the automotive field to industries such as rail and industrial motors.

As a workshop operative, your tasks will be varied supporting the team in the repair and rewind of electric motors and generators.

The job will provide wide-ranging experience, and an opportunity to learn from an experienced team.

Formal training will be provided to team members who show desire to want to do more. No experience necessary, but a willing, can-do attitude is a must.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in this industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the electrical rewinding process, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure the efficient flow of work and meet production targets
