A new opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and ambitious Building Surveyor to join a professional multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in Preston.
**The Building Surveyor role**
The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a well-established Building Consultancy, supporting a wide range of project schemes across predominantly the commercial and industrial sectors.
The Building Surveyor will develop their skills across professional services such as building surveys, feasibility studies, contract administration, planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall and building defect diagnosis.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor that is looking for more day to day variety within a supportive consultancy that offer flexible working and great career progression.
**The Building Surveyor**
- A Building Surveying Degree
- MRICS or part-way through APC
- Experience within the commercial & industrial sectors
- Experience across the mentioned professional services
