Handover Specialist

**HANDOVER SPECIALIST**

The position will be seasonal from March until October and you will find no two days are the same, this is an opportunity to work within a busy and varied environment.

Above all, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and hardworking person who is hands on.

Key Duties include:

- **Vehicle Collection**
- Being prepared and waiting to meet and greet customers for vehicle handover.
- Take time to check vehicle over prior to handover, including fuel and that all accessories are fitted. In addition, all service manuals, book packs and handover forms are ready and that there is no damage to the van.
- Responsible for delivering a great customer handover experience.
- Demonstration of the fixtures/fittings inside the van and how they work.
- Demonstrate control panels inside the van including heating, battery and security systems.
- Demonstration as to how the exterior fittings of the camper van work.
- Walk customer round the entire exterior so that you can thoroughly check the condition.

**Vehicle Drop Off**
- Check vehicle has been returned in a clear and tidy condition (all floors clean, food and rubbish removed) and with a full tank of fuel.
- Walk round exterior of camper van with customer to check for any damage.
- Completion of any paperwork, i.e. vehicle inspection report.

**You will have**:

- A full clean UK Driving Licence and have been driving for at least 2 years
- The ability to learn, be confident in speaking and dealing with customers and the capability to be flexible is essential (some weekend working will be required).
- A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors.
- You will make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be ensuring we have 100% customer satisfaction.
