**-**£60,000-£70,000 plus excellent share scheme
**We are engaged with a Glasgow based Fintech who are looking to take on a Development Manager as they continue to grow their tech team. Based out of their state-of-the-art tech hub in Glasgow they are working on a number of greenfield initiatives -low latency and analytics are key areas for them.

**Skills/Experience Required**
- Strong line management experience - 121, performance reviews, personal development etc.
- Experience of development or an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience of software development and knowledge of Java, Python or PHP
- Knowledge of Agile principles and CI/CD process
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, prioritisation and organisation skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of best practices and have strong troubleshooting, problem solving and "out of the box" thinking.
