As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar PV Roofer to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install solar PV systems on various roofing structures, including pitched roofs, flat roofs, and tile roofs.
- Prepare roofing surfaces for solar panel installation, including repairs and reinforcements as needed.
- Mount solar panels securely onto roofing structures, ensuring proper alignment and weatherproofing.
- Install flashing and sealing materials to prevent water ingress and maintain the integrity of the roof.
- Coordinate with other trades and team members to ensure the smooth integration of solar PV systems into roofing projects.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities and documentation for compliance purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role in the construction industry, with specific experience in solar PV installations preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices for solar PV integration.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
