**Etex are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join the team**

**Burton on Trent (hybrid working)**

**Competitive Salary Depending on Experience**

**What you’ll do**:

- Management of sales ledger accounts
- Recording of all communications using a bespoke collections system
- Weekly collections forecasting
- Risk analysis
- Regular liaison with sales team
- Problem solving
- Complex reconciliations
- Working towards and understanding given targets
- Monitoring of overtrading
- Management of credit limits
- Provide holiday cover for team members
- Query logging
- Banking
- Other duties as requested by line manager

**What you’ll bring**
- You will have proven experience in a Credit Controller position
- You will be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacy
- You will have good negotiation skills, and have the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- You will be self-driven and enjoy challenges
- You will be a good verbal communicator and enjoy building relationships with all stakeholders
- CICM studier (desirable)
- SAP experience (desirable)
