Your tasks
- Maintain Inventory levels to safety stock requirements against supplier lead times, customer requirements and replenishment of materials.
- Communicate with Planning and Production departments on demand changes and supply issues.
- Stock control including cycle counting and accuracy of stock in SAP system and shop floor.
- Maintain stock level to demand including shelf life of goods and FIFO system.
- Create purchase requisitions and enter goods receipts using SAP system.
- Maintain defined safety stock and inventory levels contributing to the stock turn rate target.
- Hold a bi-weekly meeting with Panning and Production departments on changes of demand and supply issues.
- Goods issues to Production (Cord).
- Producing and maintaining reports from inventory investigations, reporting the root causes and corrective actions taken.
- Develop and implement new inventory control procedures and best practice guidelines.
- Cleanliness of area using a 5S approach.
- Manage the Goods In department and Good In Operatives.
- Manage the returnable packaging.
- Manage the outside area including waste areas and keep clean, tidy and organise.
- Manage the FLT charging area and keep clean, tidy and organise.
- Ensure waste is stored correctly including the bunded chemical area, along with removal control.

**Profile**:
NVQ Level 3 in Supply Chain / logistics, or willing to work towards a relevant qualification.

SAP Knowledge, MS Office Knowledge, Self organizing skills, Perpetual Inventory Knowledge.
